78 Production of licences and specimen signatures
(1)
An authorised officer or a police officer may require a person who is engaging in race bookmaking—
(a)
to produce the person’s bookmaking licence or race bookmaker’s agent licence; and
(b)
to write the person’s signature for the purpose of comparing the signature with the signature on the licence.
(2)
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a requirement under subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
