76 Rules about telephone betting
(1)
The commission may, in writing, approve rules about telephone betting by race bookmakers.
(2)
Rules approved under subsection (1) are a disallowable instrument.
(3)
A race bookmaker, or a race bookmaker’s agent acting for a race bookmaker, must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene the rules.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
