81 Return of surrendered, cancelled or suspended licence

(1)

A person who surrenders a licence under this Act must not fail, without reasonable excuse, to return the licence to the commission within 7 days after the surrender takes effect.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.

(2)

If a licence is cancelled or suspended, the commission may give written notice to the licensee to return the licence to the commission.

(3)

A person who receives a notice under subsection (2) must not fail, without reasonable excuse, to return the licence to the commission within 7 days after receiving the notice.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
