22 Use of earmark
(1)
A person commits an offence if the person—
(a)
earmarks stock with a registered mark; and
(b)
does not have the director‑general’s approval to earmark the stock.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
