13 Meaning of class A related victim

In this Act:

class A related victim means a person who, at the time a primary victim dies—

(a)

is a dependant of the primary victim; and

(b)

is 1 of the following:

(i)

a close family member of the primary victim;

(ii)

an intimate partner of the primary victim.
