88 Application for authorisation
(1)
A health practitioner may apply to the director‑general for authorisation as 1 or more of the following:
(a)
a coordinating practitioner;
(b)
a consulting practitioner;
(c)
an administering practitioner.
(2)
An application must—
(a)
be in writing; and
(b)
include any information prescribed by regulation.
(3)
The director‑general may refuse to consider an application that does not comply with subsection (2).
