90 Director-general may require more information
(1)
The director-general may, in writing, require an applicant for authorisation to give the director-general information that the director-general reasonably needs to decide the application.
(2)
If the applicant does not comply with a requirement under subsection (1), the director-general may refuse to consider the application further.
