95 Revocation of authorisation

The director-general may revoke an authorised practitioner’s authorisation if—

(a)

the director-general is satisfied that the authorised practitioner is no longer eligible to be an authorised practitioner; or

(b)

the practitioner asks, in writing, for the authorisation to be revoked.
