93 Authorisation conditions

(1)

An authorised practitioner’s authorisation is subject to the following conditions:

(a)

any condition the director-general considers appropriate;

(b)

any condition prescribed by regulation.

(2)

However, before imposing a condition under subsection (1) (a), the director-general must—

(a)

give the authorised practitioner a written notice that—

(i)

states the condition the director-general proposes to impose; and

(ii)

states the reason the director-general proposes to impose the condition; and

(iii)

tells the practitioner that the practitioner may give a written response to the director-general about the matters stated in the notice not later than 28 days after the day the practitioner receives the notice; and

(b)

consider any response given to the director-general in accordance with paragraph (a) (iii).
