43 Definitions—pt 7

In this part:

regulatory action, against a person, means—

(a)

if the person is a licensee—any of the following actions:

(i)

imposing, or amending, a condition on the licence;

(ii)

suspending the licence for either a fixed period or until a particular event happens;

(iii)

disqualifying the licensee from applying for another licence for a fixed period or until a particular event happens;

(iv)

cancelling the licence; or

(b)

if the person is a registered waste transporter—any of the following actions:

(i)

imposing or amending a condition on the registration;

(ii)

suspending the registration for either a fixed period or until a particular event happens;

(iii)

disqualifying the person from applying for registration for a fixed period or until a particular event happens;

(iv)

cancelling the registration of the person.
