Effect of suspension

In force

(1)

A suspended licence or registration does not authorise the carrying on of any activity under the licence or registration during the suspension.

(2)

If the waste manager suspends a licence or registration, the person whose licence or registration is suspended is, during the suspension—

(a)

taken not to—

(i)

hold the licence; or

(ii)

be registered; and

(b)

disqualified from applying for a licence or registration.
