51 Action by waste manager in relation to amended or suspended licence
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a licence is amended or suspended under this part; and
(b)
the licence is returned to the waste manager.
(2)
For an amended licence, the waste manager must—
(a)
return the amended licence to the licensee; or
(b)
give the licensee a replacement licence that includes the amendment.
(3)
For a suspended licence, if the suspension ends before the end of the term of the licence, the waste manager must return the licence to the licensee when the suspension ends.
