Payment of fees

In force

A fee prescribed by these Regulations and payable under the Code:

(a)

is payable to the APVMA; and

(b)

must be paid by electronic means.

Note:

Unless otherwise specified, GST is not payable in respect of fees prescribed by these Regulations.
