Schedule 7 sets out the assessment modules that may be necessary to determine an application for which a modular assessment fee is payable.

An assessment module may have different levels or types of assessment.

The fee payable for a module, level or type of assessment mentioned in an item in Schedule 7, in relation to an application, is the fee (if any) mentioned for the item in column 3 of Schedule 7.

The modular assessment fee for an application is the sum of the fees payable for:

the preliminary assessment module in item 1 in Schedule 7; and

the other modules, levels and types of assessment that the APVMA considers necessary for the application to undergo; and

the type of finalisation assessment module in items 11.1 to 11.3 in Schedule 7 that the application must undergo.
