8AG Application requirements—timeshift applications
(1)
For paragraph 8A(d) of the Code, a timeshift application must include a project plan agreed to by the applicant and the APVMA that includes:
(a)
timeframes for the applicant to provide information; and
(b)
assessment periods for assessing the application.
(2)
The applicant and the APVMA may, at any time, agree to vary a timeframe or assessment period set out in the project plan.
