8AHAA When other information may be taken into account in determining applications
(1)
For the purposes of subsection 8C(2A) of the Code, the information is information that clarifies or updates information referred to in subparagraph 8C(1)(a)(i) or (ii) of the Code.
(2)
For the purposes of subsection 8C(2A) of the Code, the circumstances are that the information is provided by, or on behalf of, the applicant on the request of the APVMA and is provided before the end of the period of 14 days beginning on the day the request is made.
