140 Savings provision-by‑laws
A by‑law:
(a)
made for the purposes of item 23A of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995; and
(b)
in force just before the commencement of this item;
has effect, from that commencement, as if it had been made for the purposes of that item as amended by this Schedule.
