214 Subsection 285(2) (paragraph (g) of the definition of qualifying entity)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(g)
any other person or body of a kind specified in an instrument under subsection (6) that is:
(i)
registered under the Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission Act 2012; or
(ii)
not an ACNC type of entity.
