5 an unincorporated body that is registered under the Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission Act 2012 the unincorporated body is approved by the Minister for the purposes of this item
6 an unincorporated body that is not an ACNC type of entity the unincorporated body is:
(a)
not carried on for the purpose of profit or gain; and
(b)
approved by the Minister for the purposes of this item
