178 Section 7 (paragraph (a) of the definition of eligible organisation)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(a)
a body corporate that is:
(i)
registered under the Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission Act 2012; or
(ii)
a not‑for‑profit entity that is not an ACNC type of entity;
Do Not Call Register Act 2006
