67AR Proceeds of asset transfers to be paid to the Commonwealth
The Minister for Finance may, by written notice given to the Commission, direct that, if the Commission receives any consideration in respect of:
the sale or transfer by the Commission of a specified asset; or
the transfer of the Commission's rights and obligations under a specified contract;
the Commission must pay to the Commonwealth a specified amount. The amount specified must not be more than the amount of the consideration.
Note: An asset or contract may be specified by name, by inclusion in a specified class or in any other way.
The Commission must comply with the direction.
This section does not, by implication, limit section 57.
