67AT Commonwealth takeover of certain contractual rights and obligations and other liabilities of the Commission
(1)
This section applies to a contractual right or obligation or other liability of the Commission other than a liability to which section 67AU applies.
(2)
The Minister for Finance may, on the Commonwealth's behalf, enter into an agreement to take over a contractual right or obligation or other liability to which this section applies.
