67AZV Delegation
(1)
The Minister for Finance may, by writing, delegate to:
(a)
the Secretary to the Department of Finance; or
(b)
the Chief Executive of the Office of Asset Sales; or
(c)
a person holding or performing the duties of a Senior Executive Service office (whether or not in the Department of Finance);
all or any of the functions and powers conferred on the Minister for Finance by this Part.
(2)
In this section:
Senior Executive Service office has the same meaning as in the Public Service Act 1922.
