18 Chief Executive Officer
(1)
There shall be a Chief Executive Officer of the Organisation, who shall be appointed by the Board.
(3)
A member of the staff of the Organisation shall not:
(a)
be present during a deliberation of the Board with respect to the appointment of the Chief Executive Officer; or
(b)
take part in the making of a decision with respect to such an appointment;
and a quorum for the purposes of such a deliberation or decision is a majority of the non‑staff members for the time being holding office.
