Disclosure of interests

(1)

The Chief Executive Officer shall give written notice to the Board of all direct or indirect pecuniary interests that the Chief Executive Officer has or acquires in any business.

(2)

Subsection (1) applies in addition to section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests).
