20 Tenure of Chief Executive Officer

(1)

The Chief Executive Officer shall hold office for such period, not exceeding 5 years, as is specified in the instrument of his or her appointment, but is eligible for re‑appointment.

(2)

The Chief Executive Officer holds office, subject to this Part, on such terms and conditions as are determined by the Board.
