19 Duties of Chief Executive Officer
(1)
The Chief Executive Officer shall manage the affairs of the Organisation subject to the directions of, and in accordance with policies determined by, the Board.
(2)
All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Organisation by the Chief Executive Officer shall be deemed to have been done by the Organisation.
