81 Meaning of person assisting small business/family enterprise
Each of the following is a person assisting small business/family enterprise:
(a)
the Ombudsman;
(b)
a delegate of the Ombudsman;
(c)
a person assisting the Ombudsman under section 33;
(d)
a person engaged as a consultant under section 34;
(e)
a person providing an alternative dispute resolution process in connection with a dispute in relation to a relevant action.
