85 Disclosure to the Secretary etc
(1)
Any of the following persons:
(a)
the Ombudsman;
(b)
a delegate of the Ombudsman;
(c)
a person assisting the Ombudsman under section 33;
may disclose protected information to:
(d)
the Secretary; or
(e)
an officer of the Department who is authorised by the Secretary, in writing, for the purposes of this section;
if the disclosure is for the purposes of advising the Minister.
(2)
However, information must not be disclosed under this section to the Secretary or a person mentioned in paragraph (1)(e), if it relates to a request for assistance in relation to a dispute with the Department.
