84 Disclosure to the Minister
(1)
Any of the following persons:
(a)
the Ombudsman;
(b)
a delegate of the Ombudsman;
(c)
a person assisting the Ombudsman under section 33;
may disclose protected information to the Minister.
(2)
However, information must not be disclosed to the Minister under this section if it relates to a request for assistance in relation to a dispute with the Department.
