88 Disclosure to reduce threat to life or health
A person assisting small business/family enterprise may disclose or use protected information if:
(a)
the person assisting small business/family enterprise reasonably believes that the disclosure or use is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to the life or health of an individual; and
(b)
the disclosure or use is for the purposes of preventing or lessening that threat.
