Extradition Act 1988

WARRANT UNDER SUBSECTION 14(1) IN RELATION TO *SEARCH/*AND/*SEIZURE

WHEREAS:

To , a police officer within the meaning of the Extradition Act 1988.

WHEREAS:

* that may be material as evidence in proving the offence/*s of † ,

NOW THEREFORE I, (name and designation of magistrate or eligible Judge), a magistrate or eligible Judge within the meaning of the Extradition Act 1988, under subsection 14(1) of that Act, hereby authorise you, a police officer, for the purpose of (state purpose for issue of warrant) in relation to the abovementioned offence/*s of † , with such assistance, and by such force, as is necessary and reasonable:
