5.26 Prohibition on communication during stay
Subject to rules 5.27 and 5.28, during the period of any stay ordered under rule 5.25, the party whose application for relief has been stayed must not communicate with any of the following in relation to any aspect of the proceedings:
(a)
another party to the proceedings;
(b)
a Judge or an officer of the Court;
(c)
a member of the staff of the Court.
