5.27 Effect of stay on other proceedings
If the person the subject of a stay ordered under rule 5.25 is a party to other proceedings in the Court in respect of which a stay has not been ordered under rule 5.25 then, unless otherwise ordered, the person may communicate with the Court in relation to those other proceedings but only to an email address nominated by the Court for that purpose.
