106KE Draft report contains no finding of inappropriate practice
If the draft report does not contain a finding by all, or a majority, of the Committee members that the person under review engaged in inappropriate practice in providing some or all of the referred services:
the draft report is the final report of the Committee; and
the Committee must give copies of the report to:
the person under review; and
the Director; and
the Chief Executive Medicare.
The copies must include, or be accompanied by, a written notice stating that:
the report is the final report of the Committee; and
the report does not contain a finding by all, or a majority, of the Committee members that the person under review engaged in inappropriate practice; and
no further action will be taken as a result of the report.
