88B Scope of Director’s review
If the Director decides to undertake the review, he or she:
(a)
may review any or all of the services provided by the person under review during the review period; and
(b)
may undertake the review in such manner as he or she thinks appropriate; and
(c)
in undertaking the review, is not limited by the reasons included in the request under subsection 86(3).
