58 Disclosure of protected information to a court, tribunal etc
An entrusted person may disclose protected information:
(a)
for the purposes of proceedings before:
(i)
a court; or
(ii)
a tribunal, authority or person that has the power to require the answering of questions or the production of documents; or
(b)
in accordance with an order of a court or such a tribunal, authority or person.
