60 Disclosure of protected information to reduce serious risk to human health or the environment
The Minister may disclose protected information if:
(a)
the Minister reasonably believes that the disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious risk to human health or the environment; and
(b)
the disclosure is for the purposes of preventing or lessening that risk.
