5 Shipborne barges
A shipborne barge may be loaded on or unloaded from a vessel only if it:
(a)
is constructed in accordance with the requirements of a recognised organisation; and
(b)
is marked with its allowable stacking weight, tare weight and maximum permissible gross weight; and
(c)
has been examined in accordance with the inspection procedures of the recognised organisation.
