Extension of application of Act to certain male members of the Forces

Section 107a of the Principal Act is amended—

(a)

by omitting from sub-section (1) “Divisions 1 to 4 (inclusive)” and substituting “Division 1”; and

(b)

by omitting from sub-section (2) “1 to 5 (inclusive)” and substituting “1 and 5”.
