FORMAL AMENDMENTS OF THE INTERIM FORCES BENEFITS ACT 1947

The Interim Forces Benefits Act 1947 is amended as set out in the following table:

Provision	Amendment
Section 6.............	Omit “Australian Soldiers’ Repatriation Act 1920-1947” (wherever occurring), substitute “Repatriation Act”.
Section 7.............	Omit “Australian Soldiers’ Repatriation Act 1920-1947” (wherever occurring), substitute “Repatriation Act”.
Section 7a............	Omit “Repatriation Act 1920-1973”, substitute “Repatriation Act”.
Sub-section 9(4)........	Omit “Repatriation Act 1920-1964”, substitute “Repatriation Act”.
