41 No action for making statements under proceedings, &c
Section 8b of the Principal Act is amended—
(a)
by inserting in paragraph (a) “8 or” after “section”; and
(b)
by omitting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(b) the service on a person, in accordance with section 8a, of a copy of a determination, decision or assessment.”.
