15 Agency’s use of public report
Subject to sections 13C, 14 and 14A, a public report, or a part of a public report (including a copy of the report or part of the report):
may be published by the Agency by electronic or other means; and
may be used, either in whole or in part, in a report under:
section 12; or
section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
If:
a relevant employer lodges a public report under section 13A in respect of a reporting period; and
the report is lodged within the time allowed by section 13B or 17;
then, during the period of 28 days beginning on the day the report is lodged, subsection (1) of this section does not apply in relation to the report.
