24 Deposit of security
A bail authority must not accept the deposit of security for the purposes of compliance with a security requirement of a bail condition unless the bail authority is satisfied—
(a)
a decision has been made as to what security is acceptable security for the purposes of the security requirement, and
(b)
the security is acceptable security under the decision.
