37 Giving of notice of objection to confirmation of forfeiture order
(1)
The way in which the Local Court must give the notice of an objection required by the Act, Schedule 2, clause 5 to the appropriate State authority is by written notice sent to the authority.
(2)
The written notice must—
(a)
if a date has been fixed for the hearing of the objection—set out the date, and
(b)
be accompanied by a copy of the objection as filed in the court.
