39 Written notice concerning taking effect of forfeiture order
The information to be contained in a written notice given under the Act, Schedule 2, clause 11 to a person affected by a forfeiture order, is the following—
the terms of the order and the date on which it was made,
information to the effect that the order has taken effect,
the person’s obligations under the Act in relation to the payment of bail money forfeited by the order,
information to the effect that the person may apply to have the order set aside,
the procedure to be followed if the person wishes to apply to have the order set aside.
The written notice must be accompanied by a copy of the relevant bail security agreement.
