1 Use of certain land at The Ponds, Stonecutters Ridge, Stanhope Gardens and Bungarribee
(1)
This clause applies to certain land at The Ponds, Stonecutters Ridge, Stanhope Gardens and Bungarribee within Zone R3 Medium Density Residential that is identified as “Schedule 1, clause 1(1)” on the Key Sites Map.
(2)
Development for the purpose of a dual occupancy is permitted with development consent.
(3)
Development on a lot for a purpose shown in Column 1 of the table to this clause is permitted with development consent if the area of the lot is equal to or greater than the area specified for that purpose and shown in Column 2 of the table.
