This clause applies to the following land in Huntingwood—

(a)

Lot 37, DP 1119579, 26 Huntingwood Drive,

(b)

Lot 19, DP 814866, 40 Huntingwood Drive.

(2)

Development for the purposes of a single shop that sells, services and modifies automotive products is permitted with development consent if the total gross floor area used for the purposes of shops on land to which this clause applies does not exceed 50m².
