(1)
This clause applies to the following land in Riverstone—
(a)
Lot 1, DP 560277, 13 Church Street,
(b)
Lot 1, DP 669041, 29 King Street,
(c)
Lot 2, DP 560277, 66 Riverstone Parade.
(2)
Development for the purposes of recreation areas and recreation facilities (outdoor) are permitted with development consent.
