30 Continuation of offices of State Coroner and Deputy State Coroner
(1)
This clause applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement date, holds office as—
(a)
State Coroner, or
(b)
a Deputy State Coroner.
(2)
To avoid doubt, despite the person’s change of office—
(a)
the person continues to hold office as State Coroner or Deputy State Coroner, and
(b)
the commission by which the person was appointed as State Coroner or Deputy State Coroner continues to apply to the appointment.
